DeLaunay developed pwcsafetyschool.com as the nation’s first online boating education course in 2002 as a project of Kawasaki Motors Corp USA to encourage safe and responsible operation of personal watercraft (PWC) or ‘Jet Skis’.   DeLaunay developed the distance learning course handbook and customized for each of the 21 participating states.
