DeLaunay created the ‘Washington Interscholastic Nutrition Forum’ (WINforum) as an online nutrition education resource for student athletes, parents and coaches.  Sponsored by the Dairy Farmers of Washington, WINForum nutrition clinics and related communications encourage a diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein and low fat dairy.   DeLaunay developed the website, e-Newsletter and coordinate clinics.
